Acne Treatment BBL™

This BroadBand Laser (BBL) treatment can help reduce acne and provide slight improvements to superficial acne scarring. If you have deeper scarring, we’d recommend the MicroLaserPeel in conjunction with the ProFractional Laser for best results.

During the Acne Treatment BBL the sub-epidermal layers of the skin are heated, leading to collagen remolding and an increase in connective tissue cells rich in collagen. The results are reduced acne and an improvement in the visibility of scars.

The number of treatments depends on the severity of acne and desired outcome. We typically recommend one to two treatments per week for four to six weeks.
