About Angela Collins, MD
“I felt the physicians worked very well together and I wanted to be a part of that,” Dr. Collins says of why she chose The Iowa Clinic in 1997. During one of her first rotations as an intern she found that she really liked inpatient pulmonary services. “I found the patients to be interesting and enjoyed trying to help them breathe better,” she says. The most rewarding part of her job is helping people feel better and improving their quality of life. In her free time, Dr. Collins enjoys time with her family and reading.
