The Iowa Clinic Dermatology Department offers a variety of surgical solutions for your skin, including the removal of cysts, fatty tumors and skin cancers. At our downtown location, our skin surgeons perform a precise technique to remove skin cancer known as Mohs surgery. This surgery removes the cancer one tiny layer at a time until healthy skin is reached, limiting the damage to the surrounding tissue.
