Screen time can impact a child's health and fitness. There is a link between obese children and too much screen time. Dr. Dan Pelzer, Pediatrician explains that children two and under should not use screens. If they do, there should be a lesson and interaction surrounding the event. Ages two to five should have no more than two hours a day and parents should be present, and the screen should involve interactive lessons.
